Farwil has been drinking again

Taking a break from another The Elder Scrolls picture, I doodled this. That is, it started as a doodle, and four hours later this was the result. I had coloured it as well, but it looked blah so I went back to this version.

It's one of my Sebyth characters from Oblivion with Mr "Huzzah!", Farwil Indarys, son of the Count of Cheydinhal. I keep doodling them together and I don't know why, please send help. XD
