This is mostly eyeballed from a screenshot from the Mass Effect 2 game, with a couple changes/additions. I'd messed up the alignment of his head-plates while zoomed in doing the lines so I went with a sort of 'raised eyebrow' looking thing rather than trying to fix it. This led to changing the alignment of his shoulders/shoulder armor and adding a hand. The hand was one of the last things to go in and I didn't have a good reference for it, just knew that it looked kinda dark and had three digits so I made something robotic-looking and tried to make it fit.

If you've played ME2 then you know what this is supposed to be. For those that don't know, it's essentially a bipedal robot construct being piloted by a bit over a thousand sentient programs. Title comes from one of it's dialogue lines.
